・Responsible for lighting scheme planning, visual effect design and process docking for brand events, conferences, exhibitions, performances and galas, ensuring alignment with the overall event rhythm and stage tone.
・Oversee the pre-selection, layout planning and commissioning of lighting equipment, control the construction quality of lighting systems, troubleshoot circuit and equipment faults, and ensure stable and normal operation of all devices.
・Cooperate with event rehearsals and official on-site performances, follow up on program progress in real time, and precisely operate lighting equipment to adjust color, brightness and dynamic effects so as to render and elevate the stage atmosphere.
・Conduct on-site overall management and operation & maintenance of lighting equipment during events, and complete closing work including equipment inventory, storage, maintenance and venue restoration after the event.
・Collaborate with the project team to optimize lighting execution solutions, review and summarize on-site lighting problems after events, accumulate project experience, and continuously improve stage lighting presentation and operational processes.
• Minimum 2‑years of hands‑on stage lighting experience. Proficient in operating various lighting fixtures and lighting consoles, capable of independently completing lighting design and on‑site implementation for full‑scale events; experience in large‑scale events is preferred.
• Strong on‑site rhythm control and emergency response capabilities, able to quickly handle on‑site issues such as equipment failures. High stress tolerance and adaptable to flexible event‑driven working schedules.
• Familiar with the full workflow of stage events. Possess good communication, coordination and teamwork skills. Meticulous, rigorous and highly‑executive, able to efficiently cooperate with the team to deliver successful events.
・Responsible for audio system design and sound field layout planning for brand events, conferences, exhibitions, performances and galas, and formulating targeted audio execution solutions.
・Oversee audio equipment installation, circuit connection, system debugging and sound field calibration, optimize vocal sound, background music and overall audio effects, and eliminate howling, noise and other sound problems.
・Follow up on event rehearsals and on-site procedures, adjust audio parameters in real time to match the rhythm of performances and speeches, and ensure clear and stable sound quality throughout the event.
・Conduct on-site operation and maintenance of audio equipment and handle sudden equipment failures. Complete equipment dismantling, maintenance, inventory and storage after events.
・Participate in post-event reviews, continuously optimize audio execution plans and on-site operation standards, and steadily improve the overall audio presentation of events.
・With more than 2 years of hands-on professional audio engineering experience. Proficient in commissioning mixing consoles, power amplifiers and other audio equipment, and familiar with sound field construction for various scenarios; practical experience in large-scale events is preferred.
・Possess acute audio judgment and on-site emergency response capabilities, able to quickly handle unexpected problems such as howling, sound interruption and equipment failures. Capable of working under pressure and adapting to flexible event working hours.
・Familiar with the entire event execution process with good communication and teamwork skills. Rigorous, responsible and reliable, able to cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of overall events.
・Responsible for the overall planning and proposal writing of brand events, conferences, exhibitions and other projects
・Oversee pre-event research, creative conception, process design and budget control
・Coordinate internal and external resources, and follow up on on-site implementation and overall on-site management of events
・Conduct post-event reviews, deliver closing reports, and continuously optimize service processes
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Marketing, Advertising & Media or related fields is preferred
• More than 3 years of experience in event planning or project management; experience with large‑scale events is preferred
• Excellent communication & coordination skills, logical thinking and stress‑resistance capability
• Proficient in Office and other office software with solid copy‑writing skills
