During the conference, we were responsible for the construction and commissioning of the complete AVL system, stage setup and on‑site technical operation & maintenance. The main stage adopted an ultra‑wide spliced high‑definition LED large screen paired with full‑array professional beam‑light trusses, enabling switching between diverse light‑and‑shadow effects for business presentations and regional drum‑beating ceremonies. The full‑venue audio‑video system maintained stable synchronized output, with technical team on duty throughout to ensure the smooth running of this thousand‑dealer conference.
